Pretty much for any of the above cases, you’re coming here without a clear idea of who I am. Let me fix that for you.

I’ve been active in technology since 1995 developing all sorts of things, from routing software for DoD protocols to a platform designed to model orbital trajectories with scientific precision. However, for a large portion of this past decade I’ve been more heavily involved in web applications and have been actively following developing trends in that space. I spent 3 years building a startup with a close friend of mine that specialized in boutique content management solutions. But recently I’ve switched career paths from a backend development role to a customer oriented marketing role - Technical Evangelist.

So my day to day has changed from staying on top of current technologies and making them a part of customer solutions, to staying on top of current technologies and ideals and spreading the word far and wide about them by coming up with examples that show them off.

So this blog will be a little of that – discussing technologies that might be interesting, or talking about projects I’m involved in; but this will also be an outlet for me to explore ideas that pop into my head that may be totally unrelated. 

And thus begins the great experiment that is my blog. I look forward to our conversations, and wish you many happy returns.
